On cask at the John Hewitt, Belfast

Served in a Hilden Brewery pint glass

Pours with an insipid slightly cloudy lemony yellow body. Fat white puffy head forms, has a similar look to the scum that forms on rivers from time to time. Retention is reasonable, some lacing up and down the glass

Smell, this is a strange one, very little aroma, slight musty malt, an almost seaside fishy aroma although very very slight. Some zesty lemon and grapefruit, no real noticeable hops

Taste, smooth malty body, thin mouthfeel, very little crispness. Almost no hops to speak of, a few odd off flavours floating around.

Pretty poor stuff. Tasteless garbage, very disappointing from the Dublin micro. I washed the taste of this out with a bottle of Sierra Nevada stout
