Breweries description: Sweet stout with chocolate malts and roasted barley.

A: Creamy head that has an "Irish Cream" colour to it. Head is consistant and stays to the end of your pint and give a low to med lacing on the glasse. Beer's colou is a deep ruby.

S: Roasted malts, coffee and a hint of toffee

T: Coffee notes are present and there is a hint of smoke in the background but not enough to distract you from the beer. Beer finishes with a nice bitterness with a hint of sweetness to balance it.

O: This was a great Porter. The flavours and the bitterness are well balance but they are present at different times so it's like having an orchestra in your mouth.
