Wonderfully fruity and estery for this double IPA. Lots of flavor, has similarities to a triple. Had at a bar so I couldn't rate it the way I would like too.

Pake color...light head diminshes quickly...looks like a lager in the glass. Mild hop bite. Smooth despite high ABV.

Poured a 22 oz. bottle into a Kane Tulip glass. Light brown gold color with a thin white head. Aroma right from the bottle is Citrus lemon and flowery hops! Taste does not disappoint! Took me 3 seconds to realize I absolutely love this IPA! Citrus IPA lovers rejoice. Mouthfeel is light and crisp and not heavy at all. Wish the bitter citrus hoppy flavored lingered a bit more. Overall, this beer is in my Top ten easily. Great great IPA! Haven't liked any of Clown Shoes other IPAs so they finally hit a home run!

Lemon peel and citrus hops match perfectly, not too sweet nor too tart. Easily drinkable and not boozy. Almost like a lemon drop shot but not as tart. Good job clown shoes!!!
