Gargoyles gone wild? Those bastards were meant to protect the city. Instead, they started to tear Chicago apart. Fortunately, Crasher fired up his jet packs and flew in to sing them a love song. For 2015, we decided to age Undead Party Crasher in high-end bourbon barrels with vanilla beans added for a unique twist.

Very dark appearance with slight tan head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is a mild bourbon with a touch of vanilla. Aroma is also a mild bourbon and slight vanilla.

Held onto this for a while, decided to crack open for Super Bowl Sunday. Glad I did, hasn’t fell off at all, vanilla and coffee still strong. Pleasantly surprised.

Wow, broke this open after a couple years and it did not fail me. Pours dark as night. Smell is vanilla, coffee. Taste does not disappoint with some fantastic booziness. Merry Christmas to me.

Jet black, viscous looking. Minimal lacing. Deep roasted and rich vanilla and bourbon aroma. Flavor follows closely. Most pronounced vanilla, bourbon and booze just above fridge temp. So smooth! Flavor weakens slightly at room temp. Full body, velvety feel and high carbonation for the strength. Amazing. Bold and smooth.

Pitch black pour, one finger of brown head. The foam has big bubbles, is fairly viscous, and retains well. The aroma is rich and phenomenal. Never ending vanilla and bourbon. Lesser notes of roast and spice, likely from the barrel. The follows is similar, the vanilla and bourbon are again in charge. A lot of fudgy dark chocolate as well with lesser notes of roast and oak. Full bodied with moderate carbonation. Balanced finish with some alcohol heat on the aftertaste. I'm extremely impressed, this is a fantastic BA stout.
