Single 12-ounce can copped from Ridgedale Liquors in East Hanover. Pours a bright golden hue with tremendous frothing. Assertive aroma laden with notes of marshmallow and candied pear. Good stuff. Recommended.

Double Dry-hopped Yeeehaaw from Clown Shoes. Purchased 16/11/20 for $ 28.00 (Including tax) for 12-pack of 12 oz cans ($ 0.194/oz) from Franklin Beer, Franklin, PA. On shelf at store and stored at home at 42 degrees. Reviewed 11/1/21.
Stamped on the bottom “Best By 1/31/21”. Served at 48.7 degrees in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter. Final temperature 54.5 degrees.
Appearance – 4.
First pour – Straw (SRM 3), hazy.
Body – Pale gold (SRM 4), murky and opaque. When held to direct light, same.
Head – Large (Maximum five cm, aggressive center pour), cornsilk, medium density, short retention, leaving a four to twenty mm jagged mountainous crown fed by effervescence, and a complete cap with a rocky center island. Irregular pieces of lacing remain on the glass as the head retracts.
Lacing – Good. Irregular bands of tiny to small bubbles with deep rounded valleys and connected by squat columns. See also above.
Aroma – 4.25 – Initially pineapple and sweet, with a bit of brown sugar, no malt, no yeast. Pineapple lasts but the sweet smell fades.
Flavor – 4 – Begins slightly sweet with generic citrus fruit, no yeast. No alcohol (7 % ABV, as marked on container) taste or aroma. No dimethylsulfide or diacetyl. Ends slightly bitter.
Palate – 4 – Medium, short of creamy, soft but fizzy carbonation.
Final impression and summation: 4 A decent NEIPA at the correct price point.

12oz can, served in a nonic glass. Best before 01/31/21, date stamp 269 15:15.

Appearance: Hazy, but not completely opaque - there is some notable light getting through. Thick white head, with plenty of persistent strands of lacing.

Smell: Orange, lots of citrus, fresh squeezed orange juice, and Tang (the powdered drink).

Taste: Tastes a lot like it smells, with lots of citrus / orange up front, some malt sweetness for balance, and a grapefruit/orange bitter finish.

Mouthfeel: Quite sticky on the teeth, good carbonation, good thickness, but there is some lingering buildup of hop oils that gets to be a bit much after awhile.

Overall / Drinkability: Quite tasty, and if it wasn't for all the hop oils grinding my teeth away, I could probably have another. One per evening is enough. Definitely hits the "juicy" aspect pretty well of this style.

From Can Number 01 from the Clown Shoes Christmas pack, it pours an unsurprisingly hazy amber with a nice white head that slowly reduces and leaves lacing. In the nose, it is citrus over a touch of malt. In the mouth, it is citrus forward with the malt coming afterward, leaving you with a mild citrus aftertaste.

12oz can with a best by date of 1-31-21. Opened 12-13-20.
2 finger eggshell white head, very good retention with early lacing. Orange-gold and fully opaque.
Very floral, bubble gum forward aroma. Oranges, pineapple, pear...fruit salad. Bready malt undertone.
Very fruity mix of flavors, orange, pear, banana, pineapple.
Medium body and carbonation. Bright entry. Initial moderate citrus peel bitterness that fades to low bitterness overall. Pleasant fruity and off-dry finish.
Good.
