Pours into a stemmed glass a hazed/murky burnt orange color with very sticky half finger slight off white head atop.Aromas of yeast and stone fruit,actually quite yeasty in fact.Fruit forward on the palate but not tropical fruits,melon and some peach/nectarine-like hops,a doughy malt base with yeasty esters in the back end,no bitterness.This is an amped up Coopers Sparkling ale in my opinion wich isn't a bad thing,something you don't see much of style-wise different to drink on.

Solid example of a Imperial New England IPA.

$ 4.00 (Including tax)/16 oz can ($ 0.250/oz). Purchased 7/28/20 from Franklin Beer, Franklin, PA. Reviewed 8/7/20.
On bottom of can “pkg 4/27/20”. In reefer at store. Stored at home at 42 degrees and served at 50 degrees in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter.
Appearance – 3.5.
First pour – Straw (SRM 3), slight haze
Body – Pale gold (SRM 4), opaque. When held to direct light, same. Weak effervescence noted.
Head – Large (Maximum 5.5 cm, aggressive center pour), off white, medium density with embedded rocks, average retention, diminishing to a six to fifteen mm crown and a rocky partial cap. Multiple pieces of lacing hang above the crown.
Lacing – Good. Thick bands of tiny to small bubbles. See also above.
Aroma – 4 – Begins fruity with hints of melon, no malt, no yeast.
Flavor – 3 - Begins slightly bitter with a strange, aromatically chemical aftertaste which seems to be associated with the effervescence. No yeast. No alcohol (8% ABV, as marked on container) taste or aroma. No diacetyl or dimethylsulfide.
Palate – 3.25 – Medium, watery, soft carbonation.
Final impression and summation 3. The flavor just is not good.

Pours a murky pineapple orange with thick ivory head that recedes quickly and leaves minimal lacing. Aroma is faint tropical citrus fruit. Flavor is a bit bolder with pineapple in charge. Feel is medium bodied with low carbonation. Overall a bit disappointing from a nice brewery. Can artwork is nice but that doesn't affect the beer.
