Served in a pint glass.
Look- Slightly hazy golden amber color. Decent off-white head that quickly recedes to a thin ring of foam, light lacing. Slight active carbonation streams visible.
Smell- Honey and grainy malt, light citrus zest, herbal/floral notes.
Taste- Follows the nose for the most part, sweet with a hoppy/citrus back end.
Feel- Light bodied. Sweet with a semi-dry, slightly bitter finish. Light carbonation on the tongue.
O- A decent kolsch, nothing spectacular but easy drinking.
