Pours a fairly clear yellow with fluffy , soapy head.
Smell is crackery and a bit grainy and corny. Slightly sweet with notes of grass, biscuit and citrus.
Taste is rich and crackery, with some grainy and corny hints. Moderate bitterness and notes of citrus, grass and biscuit. A slight tartness hangs around and gets in the way.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a good pilsner, let down a bit by the tartness.
