A: Pours slighlty hazy copper with a tall very thick beige head. Slow dissipation and lacings galore!
S: Sweet full malty smell - dark! Loaded with dark dried fruits and lots of yeast. Very sweet. A little on the mild side though.
T: Very full taste; almost like soy-sause. Lots of dark dried fruits, spices and yeast in this sweet roasted malty beer. Dark chocolate. Vineous.
M: Aftertaste is long and sweet. Body is full and smooth. Carbonation?
O: Nice and complex. There is a way to improve this one - cellaring for at least five years, but sadly enough that won't happen - I lack the character...
