If it weren't for the sidewalk sign outside the pub, I would have walked by. The sign advertised 20 taps and mentioned a few brands of craft beer, and that was the ticket to convince me to try out The Morrissey Pub.
The inside doesn't feel "pubish". But it is a well decorated interior, especially towards the back of the place. Gotta love that intimidating suit of armor.
Twenty beers are pourd from tap, and twenty beers are available from the bottle. Most of the bottles are macros, so I glanced at the tap menu. A few pub classics are available, such as Tetley's, but also Canadaian craft beers from Unibroue, Phillips, Crannóg, Okanagan Springs, Dark Star, and Sleemans. It's a decent selection for a BA, and they have several different pieces of glassware they serve the beer in, but mostly branded glassware to match the beers of the big boys. I saw a tulip being used for somebody's Blanche de Chambly.
In short, a decent watering hole with some craft options.
