Brought at the Noel Cuvelier farm beer shop just over the Belgium border near Poperinge. It pour's a golden color, slightly murky with gentle carbonation & small white frothy head. Aromas of citrus with hints of pepper as well as of spearmint, dandelion and calcium. Medium body. The taste has a sweet mild citrus approach with expansive and lush carbonation, turning into a medium bitter and fairly alcoholic finish.

This 0.75 litre cork and caged green bottle was purchased at the Noel Cuvelier farm beer shop, which is where it is brewed for and has the rambling farm buildings as the label picture/design. Don't know if you can buy it anywhere else?
The bottle was poured into four tulip shaped glasses in an almost uninterupted single pour. The first glass had a a clear light blonde coloured body the mini haze started in the second glass, culminating with the sediment filled final glass. Each had a white head at first, none stayed the distance.
Ther smell was of dirty dish clothes and Belgian yeasts.
Taste was more blonde than tripel in all aspects, mouthfeel and aftertaste confirmed my thoughts.
This was part of a big Belgian beer bottle night with three friends, it didn't cost much and you could tell!
