Pours a bright golden amber with tons of billowy white head. The nose has a nice dusty funk to it with a fair bit of mineral notes and some sweet golden fruits. A little sweeter and maltier in the flavor, minerally and light cob web with big appricot and faint sourness. Light body, creamy palate, a bit oily, decent carb. Refreshing, more like a saison.

I bought this bottle on the night we had an awesome tasting at the bierloods in Adegem. Vacas, the owner, opened his shop for us and we bought some beers.
This beer was a year too old, best before august 2010, but what the hell, i have had them older than that! Watch out when you open the bottle, there is lots of carbonation going on.
Poured in my Struise glass this beer lookes nice. Ambercoloured beer with a big head which disappeared rather quickly.
Malty taste with a light bitter aftertaste. Not bad to drink.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
