Served on-draught into beerfest stemware. Reviewed from notes taken in Summer 2011. I believe I was in France at the time.
A: Pours a 1.5 finger head of hardly any cream. Thin and of terrible (20 second) retention. Body colour is a clear yellow.
Sm: Crystal malt, barley, and champagne. A moderate strength aroma.
T: Tastes like champagne in a sense. Overloaded with crystal malt. Hopping is minimal and of generic floral character. Light barley comprises the foundation. Simple but alright for what it is. Poorly balanced. Decently built.
Mf: Coarse and dry, actually. Doesn't at all suit the flavour profile.
Dr: Easy to drink but of poor quality. Highly priced to boot. Avoid this one, lads.
