Poured from a 22oz into a Weizen glass. L: pale straw yellow, near clear, with some carbonation. Medium head fades quick. Looks like an adjunct lager. (Oh wait, second pour added some of the bottle conditioning.) much better cloudiness, head retention still weak. S: Belgium yeasts of pear, cherry or other stone fruit. Hint of pending sour. Both good. T: white bread, yeast. Definite spice blend, bit of a mashed up palate. Kind of a let down. F: slight fizzy, crisp. O: ok, with hints of greatness.
