Great chile beer. Their regular Billy is 5 chile pepper types, this adds hatch pepper, and it is smoked. Three eights head on yellow body. Big taste. The slight smoke in the nose draws one in.Some malting to make it drinkable. Best ofthree decent chiles on tap today.

Last night after our trip to the Margarete release, we stopped by Twisted Pine for a quick (and fairly disappointing) snack and a beer or two. In the past, I have liked Billy's Chilies in the past (and should probably pick some bottles up again), and immediately wanted to try this one. Light golden color with a decent white head. Aromas of lightly roasted chilies (like driving down Federal in October) smoke, and sweet malt. Crisp and refreshing, with a little heat and some nice chili flavor.
