Stopped by Twisted Pine Brewing Co. in Boulder yesterday, and sampled this one because nothing else looked interesting. Poured a good medium yellow color with a little white head. Aromas of (not surprisingly) thyme, spice and a little biscuit. On the palate, lots of thyme and a little malt. Refreshing, but...
