I had this one on tap at Twisted Pine poured a clear reddish brown with a small lingering am,ber head. Aromas of wasabi, mustard, ginger and light caramel. On the palate this one was medium bodied and crisp with a smooth finish. Flavors of toffee, ginger, wasabi and light caramel. Maybe this one would go well with sushi, but not on its own.
