on tap at park burger on pearl. this is realy nothing special, but a drinkable wheat brew. it pours hazy pale straw color with amost no head, but the fact that it was served in a soda glass probably didnt help. the nose is orange zest and corriander seed, wheat and pale malts, essentially american. its got a little hop bite to the taste, but the fruit and wheat malt are the most prominent flavors. a little honey sweetness in the finish. the feel is a little heavy for the genre, but it works now that winter is moving in. lively carbonation and creamy in the mouth. not a bad beer, just nothing stand out about it. probably not one i will buy again.

Draft at the brewpub.
Pours a cloudy golden yellow color with a one finger white head that slowly settles into a lasting ring. Streaks of soapy lacing left behind.
Slight spicy aroma with a balance of banana, bready yeast and citrus fruit. Subtle zesty clove along with some lemon zest and light fruit.
Medium bodied but on the lighter end with some peppery spice and citrus rind up front followed by the bready yeast and light fruit notes. A little thinner than I had hoped for but there is some nice bread flavor that counters the spice and sweeter fruit notes. Clean and easy to drink.
