In its formative stage, this brew was known as our "first Draft." It is an Irish Red Ale, filtered, flavorful, and made of organic ingredients, including Orange Blossom Honey.

Arrives a deeply bronzed orange color with a wee film of light tan head. Dissipates to a ring fairly quickly.
Smell is brown sugar and caramel first with lightly roasted malts following. Nice balance.
Taste follows with the sweet turbinado/brown sugar note up front followed by caramel, roasted malt and a light hop note. Nicely complex for a red.
Smoothish with a medium-full body and a medium effervescence. At 6.1 % ABV it's up there but the alcohol is well hidden. It pushes the line between a red and a brown and I have no problem with that. This is good, well worth the trip.
