This brew is named for one of the beautiful lakes near Mount Dora. This full flavored, filtered ale is made with organic malt. It has light brown sugar overtones.

Arrives a dark amber color with a nice white head. Small in size, but retention is decent. Some lacing too.
Smell is weaker than the red, notes of malt and hops with a faint citrus note as well. Good balance but not much on complexity.
Taste is malt and hops with faint vanilla and citrus notes.
Alcohol makes itself known but gently after the swallow. Medium body and effervescence with a slight drying aspect to it. A note of grass shows up in the aftertaste. A good sessionable beer.
