All Burghers Appalachian Pub

Good selection of draft. Very good variety of bottles. They know their beer and wings are good. Pretty cool bar great atmosphere. Would love to see them go micro and be a brewpub. Only place in Buckhannon to get a good beer. Plus a 54oz. glass (legal limit) makes for a fun pic opportunity.

Probably the best place to get a good beer in buckhannon. Nicely renovated older building. The selection usually consists of approximately 20 microbrews. Nothing exotic, but I can always find something I like. The place can get crowded, and there is not a whole lot of seating. The food consists of standard bar fare, but is above average. I enjoy the historic pictures of buckhannon hanging throughout the place.

For a bar in central West Virginia, this bar has a nice selection from Rouge to Harpoon and Magic hat on tap. It's a small place with good bar tenders and decent bar food. Parking is a bit of a pain as it's on main street and after 2 a.m. the city tickets every hour on the hour (beware and park somewhere else and walk). But I have had many good experiences at this bar and would recommend any beer enthusiast in the area in need of a decent brew to stop by and get a drink at the one place around to get beer other than Budweiser or Coors.
