Dark brown color, beige foam, creamy and beautiful.
Malty, dark smell, fruity, some pear, lightly boozy.
In the mouth malty, round, average body, with red fruit and peach. A relatively strong toasted note. Good balance.
Some coffe note, too.
Quite simple, but not banal. Good dubble inspired italian beer.
Malty aftertaste, light toasted, a bit of hop, just for balance, and a hint of sugary.
Clean, not heavy, interesting dubbel
