Pours deep golden yellow and hazy with a frothy white head. This Belgian style has a sweet honey nose with subtle hints of green apple. It's combined with more fruitful notes and delicate malt flavor, balanced by light hop bitterness. Complete with a floral finish.

Multiple 4oz samples at the recent Belgianfest in Seattle. Poured in Mini-goblet. Poured a cloudy golden yellow with a fair amount of fluffy white head that average retention and lacing.
The aroma was nicely grainy with a nice kick of spicy yeast. The flavors were similar, solid grain foundation supporting a nice yeast zing.
The body was fairly typical for the style, just a but lighter than full without being heavy at all. Drinkability was pretty good, I could easily sit and have several of these.
Overall, a nice little beer from a brewery I hadn't tried before. If this is any indication, I look forward to trying more of their offerings.
