Very dark brown colour, no clarity. Brown, high, persistent head. Fine bubbles leave almost no traces.
The aroma is roasted, coffee-like, caramel-like with notes of spices, herbs and ash.
The taste is very sweet, caramel-like, with a stronger, more pronounced bitterness in the finish. The bitterness is roasted, coffee-like. It is distinct, strong and long-lasting.
Well-balanced alcohol. Medium-bodied. Smooth texture. Medium-low carbonation. Long, dry finish.

Bottle at Las Buenas Pulgas, served in a balloon glass. Black color, big beige head that fades to a thin layer always on the top. Great sticky lacing. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malts, caramel, marsmallow, licorice. Medium body, creamy texture good carbonation. Bittersweet finish. Taste of chocolate, roasted malts, licorice, caramel. Fairly good.
