Copenhagen 25/4 2021. 33 cl bottle from Beerdealer web-shop. Pale red label with a black stripe going from left downward corner to right upward corner. Apparently a part of Viven's Premium Collection.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Fairly stable. Settles as thin, almost transparent lyer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet, fruity odor mingling with lactic sour notes. Sweet peach and sugar. Unripe berries and sour milk dominating.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a lighter sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
A bit on the sweet and slightly candy-like side.
