With mussels and seaweed.
Almost black, dark red edges. Brown foam, not too much but ok.
Toasted malt in the smell, some cocoa, and a "sea" effect. Sea saltiness.
Stout notes in the taste (cocoa and chocolate), but light. Again sea saltiness and brackish. Not too convincing.
Salty and a light spiciness.
Hazeknut in the aftertaste, too, and pepper.
Not completetly successfull experiment.
