February 2023 - 33 cl can (4,40€). On the nose citric notes (blood orange, mandarin).
Versata has a medium intense blond colour. Not entirely transparent, not entirely veiled.
Foam present but which quickly disappears by itself, despite having been poured in three times.
In the mouth medium body and perfect carbonation.
Flavors that get along very well with my personal tastes: I find the fruitiness of citrus fruits, especially bitter orange and grapefruit, but also more tropical notes of coconut and (perhaps) yuzu. Bitter finish, with no middle ground or "coverings": the fruitiness is dried out and a pleasant bitter note is left on the tongue.
The fruity taste is not predominant, but is part of a rapid path that leads to a nice bitter finish, not exaggerated, but certainly not trivial and clearly perceptible.
