Full blond yellow, with a white foam, not too compact and with an excessive perlage.
On the nose, there are citrus (cedar) and floral notes, with a hint of herbaceousness on the finish.
On the palate, it's more bitter, with the citrus less evident and the herbaceous notes emerging more (perhaps even a hint of root).
A light malty aftertaste, but still citrus and floral.
Pleasant and well-made.

,33l can, coded "IP095/18-C 05/04/2019" and sampled on 30 June 2018
4€ @ Antica Salumeria, Piazza Della Rotunda 4, Roma, IT
Notes via stream of consciousness: It pours a very hazy, almost cloudy deep gold/amber body beneath a frothy head of off-white that holds well. The aroma displays citrusy hops and stone fruit over a gently biscuity malt base. So far so good. The flavor follows with some additional yeastiness, lots of pitted fruits (peach, apricot) and a solid bitterness. The peach and apricot are quite nice, and there's still some grapefruit, chalky citrus pith, and background pine going on to round it out. It's solidly bitter as well, which is unusual for most Italian breweries. Medium bodied and crisp. Probably worth trying for fans of American IPA.

On tap. Aroma has floral hops and some resin. Taste follows with floral hops, linden flowers and acacia, quite bitter hop resins on the finish. Really enjoyable and easy to drink.

Fantastic, deep hoppy flavor. Their best beer in my opinion.

Brought back from Italy by a friend. Poured into a tulip from a bomber. Golden-orange color. Pretty good hop notes on the nose. Same with the taste, but the mouthfeel was a little lacking. Very typical American IPA style beer. One of the first Italian IPAs that I have enjoyed, though.
