A full yellow beer with a light perlage; it has a white, moderately persistent head.
The nose reveals cloves, cereal, and banana (not excessive), perhaps a touch of Band-Aid effect.
The typical aromas are evident on the palate, with wheat and cereals prominent, as well as a noticeable yeast.
The aftertaste is medium, with yeast, cereal, and a pleasant phenolic finish.
A good hefeweizen.

The appearance is turbid and milky, with a compact foam, but not too persistent. The smell is banana, wheat, and maybe a little note of pepper. In the taste you can feel the wheat, but it slip away a little light. Thirst-quenching, but nothing remakable. A bit astringent in the aftertaste. Altogheter, an average level weizen whitout defect.
