AUGUST 2023 -33 cl bottle (€5 at the beershop).
It is produced with German hops selected as "Finest Harvest", the finest selection of the annual harvest.
On the nose immediately clear notes of wheat and cereals, with a light scent of freshly cut field grass.
When poured, it releases a soft, abundant and fragrant foam (again cereals).
The color is duller than I expected, I thought it was cleaner.
Fresh but enveloping taste in the mouth: bread crust, rusk, subtle note of freshly cut grass ending with a slight bitterness that leaves room for the very fragrant taste of cereals on the palate.
I wasn't able to clearly decipher that note reminiscent of honey, typical of a German Pilsner, but I didn't even consider it a defect given the very "crunchy" taste of cereals.
There is also a lack of carbonation: while the foam is perfect, the body glides off a little too smoothly... In my opinion, a more lively carbonation would have helped and also given an impression of greater freshness to the product.
Overall Pilsner balanced and very tasty although extremely drinkable

Hat of foam, compact and abundant, creamy. Straw-coloured, clear, but not too much. There are absolutely no bubble. The smell is hoppy, herbaceous, green, but not too young. Lightly citrus. The taste is similar, with a good malt, aged hop, average bitter, not too strong. Good drinkability, maybe a little fruity. The bitter aftertaste is better than the taste, more sharp. Light body. Anyway, good, being the base beer of the bar.
