February 2016: 330 ml bottle, from Vaaland, Bryne. "Sell by" date 07 2014. ABV is 4.5%. Clear golden colour, large white head. Lovely aroma of tropical fruits and elderflowers. Light bodied as expected, still some malty sweetness in the flavour. Tastes fresh despite its age, lightly fruity and refreshing.

On-tap. Shaker glass. Pale straw color, foggy appearance. White, close & lasting crown. Fresh bread, yeast & flowers to the nose. Malty at first sip is blowed up by sharp floral bitterness. Light body. Moderate carbonation. Oily texture & untuous palate. Pine needles & resins in the middle & hints of raw pineapple open a long bitter finish.

Lemon gold, cloudy, with very clingy off white head.
Dough and light lemon on the nose.
Cream crackers, a yeasty tang, and light lemon hops.
Doughy finish and slightly bitter linger.
Light, crisp, slight cling, smooth.
Easy to drink, with that wheaty creamy body, and there might be a bit of wood spice in there, but thin and underhopped even for the style.
Definitely not Oberon.
