According to ourselves, the best sour ale we ever made! A traditional lambic, made with use of our coolship and wild yeasts from our farm. After one year oak barrels we added elderflowers and apple blossoms, redcurrant, gooseberry, and meadowsweet. Aged for 18 more months before refermenting it in the bottle. Limited edition of 1000 bottles.

Spice, pickle, lemon. Slightly on the acidic side.
