A bit surprised by the ABV.
A- Hazy banana cream with a pretty, creamy white head.
S- Banana right away. Bit of citrus zest. Some passion fruit and cream. Alcohol is pretty present and there is also a bit of nail polish remover. Apple sauce.
T- Very creamy. Very nice soft sweetness. Very little bitterness. Some hop grassiness in the after-taste.
M- Soft and creamy. Body is fine and helped by the suspended yeast. Medium carbonation makes it all pretty airy. Quite dry and a little tart (or is it the salt and vinegar chips I had earlier?)
O- Good beer. Very smooth and creamy but like some other Sainte Source beer, itall seems a bit dull.
Worth trying.
