Appearance: copper / light brown in color with a two finger head that lasts a bit. Some spots of lace developed.
Smell: very soft fruity sweetness is all the nose picks up.
Taste: this is a classic English pub session ale that can be quaffed all day. Mild caramel, soft fruit sweetness, and very mild bitterness is simplistic but enjoyable. Overall this was a touch thinner in body than expected.
Mouthfeel: lightly crisp at the start, smoother towards the finish. On the lighter side of a medium bodied beer. Extremely brief and almost clean aftertaste.
Drinkability: easy to consume session beer. Not overly flavorful, but this was one of the better beers on my stop at Barley's.
