This kolsch poured a very light amber color with white foam. The modest aroma was malty. The taste was light, and was mostly of malt, with almost zero hops, and a slightly sweet aftertaste. The mouthfeel was good for the style: crisp but creamy, with a "wheaty" feel, with malt (and wheat?) in the aftertaste. The drinkability was OK, not bad for the style, but still a bit thin on body and flavor.
