Purchased from a recent trip with to Banff.

Appearance - Pours a chestnut brown with two fingers of bubbly tan head.

Smell - earthy and leafy hops, nutty aromas, bready caramalts, hint of honey, and earthy yeast.

Taste - earthy and leafy hops upfront. The nutty aromas, bready caramalts, and honey come through next. The brew is finished off by the earthy yeast.

Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes smooth with the hops, malts, and honey lingering.

Overall - A pleasant and quaffable brown from Banff Avenue. This would definitely appease for those that have spent a day on the slopes or snowshoe in the mountains.
