Pub Dog Brewing Company has been brewing beer in Westminster, MD since 2006. Originally established as a production brewery for the Pub Dog Pizza & Drafthouse locations in Columbia and Federal Hill, we began doing tours in 2015 and opened our tap room for regular hours in 2018. Pub Dog is proud to make Maryland Craft Beer right here in Carroll County!
Our tap room hours of operation are:
Thursdays: 4PM to 8PM
Fridays: 4PM to 9PM
Saturdays: 12M to 8PM

I’ve been to the Westminster brewery 3 of 4 times, and their Pub Dog Pizza and Draught House in Columbia several times as well.
It’s an average beer experience, many of the beers are mediocre. Nothing that stands out as being above par.
There is a bar, and tables indoors, as well as picnic tables outdoors.
The menu is pizza-centric, with a large variety of topping styles listed.
