Mildly hazy, lightly golden colored body; thin, wispy white head. Mild malt nose; faint bit of freshly cut grass. Light malt grain flavors with a gentle bit of hop bitterness. Medium bodied; crisp; mainly dry finish.
The beer starts slow and doesn't show a lot of promise based on appearance and scent, yet the taste seals the deal. There is a mild toastiness and gentle warmth to the beer with a bit of coarse tingliness on the palate. Drinks easily and has enough points of interest to tickle the senses. No, this is nothing exceptional, yet one should expect a nicely balanced, subtly flavored lager.
