Mostly clear body but with a hint of chill haze; fair carbonation; one-finger plus thick head, white and dense with a semi-creamy texture; nice, fat broken fingers of foam streak the glass. Nice aroma; very light malt backbone; fruity esters suggesting ripe apple, pear, and peach. Taste follows along with the aroma; delicate malt; lightly sweet; mild pome fruit qualities. Medium body; soft and velvety on the palate.
This is a rock solid helles beer. Very balanced and flavorful with a near-stunning mouthfeel for the style.

L: Pours a pale straw yellow color with a medium white head and a distinct lack of lacing on the glass.
S: Very nice aroma, fresh milled grain, toasted bread and a hint of sweetness and floral hop.
