love the name first off...
appearance- a hazy straw color. with a fluffy little head.
smell - honey/caramel and malts, quite a bit of grains coming through and yeast has minor present
taste - malts and grains dominate here, grains coming through nicely, yeast has more presence. honey and caramel almost disappear
mouthfeel - is thick but creamy, good solid body. liking it

Pours a coppery golden color with good clarity. A soft white head but does die throughout the tasting. Nice legs.
The nose is malty. A light grainy note with a soft almost caramel but more of a Munich malt backing. Some minor yeast but mostly clean. A light winey character but very clean.
The taste is more malt forward with a good Munich backing. A soft grainy flavor but more of a malty sweetness than anything. Just a hint of caramel but very clean. A slight yeasty note, with a hint of winey notes but clean.
Body is a bit sweet but ok for style. Carbonation is light but I will let it slide. Overall very tasty.
