Their Little Red Cap brewed with belgian yeast.
Pours dark red with an off white head. Aroma offers some spiciness from the belgian yeast, paired with some herbiness, caramel, breadiness, and grassy hops. Flavor pretty much followed suit. Medium bodied, active moutfheel. Overall, interesting take on the style. Glad to have tried it.Would drink again but highly doubt I will.
