Appearance: golden in color with a nice 1" head. Some lace develops during the session.
Smell: a mix of tart citrus, fruitiness, and belgian yeast spiciness.
Taste: slighter sweeter than normal malt base with a load of fruitiness, some bubblegum, lemon zest, and a nice spicy characteristic. Bitterness brings in some of the sweetness, but it still leans that way.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Super crisp from start to finish. Long lasting aftertaste as the flavors linger in the mouth.
Overall: if you enjoy the style, this will hit the spot. I found this to be a bit unique versus some others, but I can't put my finger on why.
