The beer itself is a 6% ABV New “Engelland” style IPA. Very hazy in appearance, this style of IPA is extremely fruit forward, not as bitter as most IPAs, full bodied, and full of flavor. With notes of pineapple, mango, and other tropical flavors, this is a great year-round beer, especially-when the Knights are playing ! The grist bill contained a lot of high protein-malt, including wheat and malted oats, which gives the beer it’s hazy appearance. This beer was brewed with Nelson Sauvin hops, and was then dry hopped with Cryo Amarillo, Mosaic, and more Nelson Sauvin.

Had on tap at the brewery. A good NEIPA. The body is a bit thin and taste a bit harsh, but enjoyable.
