7/10/25 - (Chicago Brewing Company) (Las Vegas, Nevada) Brewery Notes: $8.67 with tax, 5.1% ABV, American Pale Ale.
Appearance: 16 oz draft served in a shaker pint glass. Crystal clear Amber pour, slow sustained carbonation, egg white head leaves generous lacing and creamy cover over the base. 4.0
Aroma: Caramel malt, light pine and citrus, mild in strength. 3.5
Taste: Caramel malt front and center, citrus, light brine and milk chocolate notes, the later unexpected. 3.5
Mouthfeel: Malty, sweet overall. Faint gentle carbonation, drinks at the ABV, caramel finish, backed by citrus. 3.75
Overall: This is a good pale ale, malt heavy more Midwest style, but ok and would consider in the future. 3.5
