On tap at Under the Sun for stout month. Pretty standard stout appearance, looks just fine. Aroma was sort of non descript without hardly any chocolate or raspberry. Then comes the flavor which was an onslaught of bitter raspberries and almost nothing else, awful. I really don't understand how Strange Brewing has any success, every beer I've had from them has been either mediocre, disappointing or just downright bad.

On tap at Strange Brewing. Poured a hazy dark reddish brown with a reddish/pink head. Aromas of raspberry, cocoa and roasted malt. Mouthfeel was very smooth. Flavors of raspberry, cocoa, light roasted malt, and a bit of coffee with a more tart (instead of a sickly too sweet) raspberry finish. Nice job by the folks at Strange.
