Overall, this is a very good Irish Red Ale type.
Chestnut brown,it has a small-medium off-white head, soon thinning to ring and some lace.
Aroma is mild roasty malt.
Taste is stronger, a nice lightly roasty-toasty malt, bread crust, light earthiness. It has moderate sweetness with very light bitterness. It has firm character that goes well with food and stays enjoyable.
