20oz draught at The Village Pub in the Las Vegas Airport.
1 finger off-white head with very good retention and lacing.
Clear, clean amber body.
Crystal malts, caramel, and earthy-grassy hops. Just right.
Light body with medium carbonation and clean mouthfeel. Moderate bitterness in a dry medium length finish.
Very Good.

This is a straightforward session ale, not complex, but well-rounded and very enjoyable.
Dark golden amber, it has a small-medium off-white head soon thinning to foamy ring.
Aroma is subdued, toasty malt/bread dough and hint of earth.
Taste is more, a straightforward but well-rounded, full-bodied light earthy-toasty grain maltiness, grassy hoop character, nice balance of sweetness and zesty bitterness, all light but firm. Feel is not special but very good, full-bodied with some lively zestiness.

Served on-draught into a pilsner glass at Ellis Island Casino. I can't complain about the price. Reviewed from notes.
A: Pours a two finger head of beige colour, nice cream, and good retention. Body colour is a clear copper. Vibrant. No yeast particles. No bubble show. Appealing.
Sm: Amber-typical hops, clean crisp malts, and straw. An average strength aroma.
T: Clean malts, generic amber hops, and crisp barley. Mundane and simple. Imbalanced. Poorly built. Malt extract is obvious here.
Mf: Smooth and wet. Overly present on the palate and too heavy; again, malt extract seems to be the offender.
Dr: Drinkable but lacking complexity or anything remotely interesting. I wouldn't get it again. It's good for the $2.00 price tag I guess.
