Well sourced warehouse liquor store. Nice selection of brews and booze. Semi easy access to the highway and other shopping resources as you pass through.

Spec's has become my go-to beer store in San Antonio. At the back of the store they have a large wall of shelves for craft beer, with a mix of US and world breweries. Along one side wall they have banks of coolers with beer arranged generally by country of origin and type, with many things that are not on the back wall. Finally, they have a set of shelves near the front dedicated to Texas brewers. I haven't found any place in town with a better selection from Texas, with Jester King, Ranger Creek, Karbach, Real Ale and many others represented. They also have a nice selection of ciders and meads, if you're into that.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. They have a moderate amount of gourmet foods and tons of wines and liquor from around the world. The prices are low and even lower if you pay cash. There are also special discounts for military members and for joining their discount club.

This place is right off I-35 across from The Forum. It is advertised as Specs Liquor and Finer Foods, and is kind of a supermarket of beer, wine, and liquor. They have a full wall of coolers dedicated to having a great selection of beers chilled and ready to enjoy! Everything from individual bottles to cases. A nice selection of American Craft brews as well as a variety of imports. They also have an isle with some finer foods so that you can find that perfect pairing to go along with your beer. One little tip about this place is that they have two different prices on things one being credit and the other cash so bring cash or be willing to use your debit card with your pin and it will save you money.

Passed by this place several times, but finally went the other day. Was amazed when i first entered. Where I live selection isnt ever too great, and the stores are few. I thought it was just a liquor store (never been to a Spec's) but they really had a good selection of awesome foods, wines, cigars, craft beers, and liquor.

The bottles of liquor are cheappp. The beer is decent priced with really a nice selection of singles and a nice refridgerated wall of 6 packs. With a few beers i hadnt seen at other places(plan on picking those up next time.)

Did I mention this place has a crazy hot sauce selection. Finer food selection. The cashier told me that that location is small compared to others which to me is crazy.

They had samples of liquor/wine at the entrance (probably becuase it was friday). All the employees were nice that I talked to. Not too far. Great selection overall (just maybe not of ALL the beers. Nice people. Pretty much just an overall awesome place. Ill be going back soon..
