Pours dark brown, looks like dirt. A little lacing around the cup, not much head at all. Smell consists of heavy hops, alcohol, and some toast. A bit strong for my current taste. You get a nice flavor which is immediately followed by a quickly increasing hops attack. Brew is smooth under the hops. The bitterness lingers after you swallow, eh. Overall, a solid beer although not my style.
