We enjoyed this offering on draft at the restaurant.
A - Deep dark 1/2 liter poured in a perfect way. Carbonation leads to a thin and vibrant cap.
S - A bit of beechwood, kiss of smoke, lightly roasted malts.
T - Wonderfully kissed with smoked malts, lightly toasted malt, a bit sweet.
M - Near perfect lager profile. clean and quick. Water is spot on.
O - What a delight from the talented brewers at the Pint. Well constructed and executed so very well.

"“Hinterland” is brewed in the style of German Fasten or Lent Bier. Our interpretation features German rye malt and German beechwood smoked malt giving this unique lager a very drinkable complexity. Notes of smoke, rye, and German Munich malts. "
